Senior Training Manager Job Summary

This Senior Training Manager role involves overseeing complex business training programs, ensuring employee skills and performance are enhanced.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale training initiatives and possess strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

As a Senior Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that drive business results. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies to meet organizational needs

  • Evaluating the impact of training programs and making recommendations for improvement

Requirements
