Home Loan Sales Specialist Job Opportunity

This role involves managing home loan sales, sourcing leads, and developing effective sales strategies.

  • Establish partnerships with various channels to generate business.
  • Provide expert advice on home loans, explain product offerings, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately logging files into the appropriate banking systems.
  • Presenting compelling loan proposals to persuade banks to provide desired funding.
  • Analyzing loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Serving as a liaison between customers, brokers, and banks to address any queries or concerns that may arise.
  • Recommending additional products such as Personal Loans, Business Term Loans, and Overdraft facilities to customers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in home loan sales, LAP background, and channel management.
  • Strong market connections in the area.
