Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architecture Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.
  3. Lead design workshops and develop technical solutions.
  4. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  5. Translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  6. Oversight of the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
  7. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  10. Create and implement business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), portal pages, etc.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in ServiceNow architecture and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong team management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on architecting and implementing solutions.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and applications (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and key modules), Portal, and Integration Hub.
  • Knowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
  • 10+ years experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
  • 4 to 5 years experience as ServiceNow Lead.
  • Experience in developing custom applications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is required.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Integration techniques, Import sets, Transform maps, Orchestration, LDAP integration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
