
Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated customer-focused professional to handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from e-commerce platforms, and provide excellent post-sales support.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer care calls, addressing customer queries, processing and managing customer orders via e-commerce platforms, tracking order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling (E-commerce preferred), familiarity with e-commerce platforms, excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required), and the ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer care calls and resolve queries promptly
- Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platform
- Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
