Raw Material & Sand Testing Engineer Position

This is a key role in our organization that focuses on ensuring the quality of raw materials and sand used in various processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting incoming raw materials for chemical and physical parameters.
  • Evaluating sand parameters such as AFS grain fineness, SiO2 %, Moisture %, Compactability, and Green Strength.
  • Conducting regular testing of Green Sand, No Bake Sand, and Neno Sand to ensure conformity to process specifications.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in metallurgy or related field.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spectrometers, sand testing equipment, and mechanical testing tools.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.Sc in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in foundry or material testing lab.
