We are driving precision-driven solutions in genomics and beyond. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for:

  • Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of automated solid-phase synthesis systems.
  • Scaling up synthesis to mmol level while ensuring coupling efficiency above 99%.
  • Purification and characterization of oligos using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS techniques.
  • Maintaining lab instrumentation, inventory, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Driving method development and QC initiatives across functions.

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position, you should possess:

  • A Ph.D. degree in oligo synthesis and analysis with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
  • Bonus points for experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
