- Job Description:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will establish contact with clients through calls, provide information about banking products (such as credit cards, savings accounts), and encourage them to purchase or subscribe.
This job is perfect for candidates with excellent communication skills, convincing power, and an interest in sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Client outreach to promote bank products and services.
- Identify potential customers and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and cross-sell.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update daily call reports in CRM/database.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Convincing & Negotiation Skills
- Target Oriented & Self-Motivated
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Customer Handling Skills
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Preferably candidates from Banking / BPO / Telecalling / Sales background
- Fixed Salary ( Rs.16000 for 12 passed, Rs.19000 for graduate with experience )
