Key Responsibilities:
- Drive effectiveness through strategic thinking and campaign management across CRM channels.
- Develop in-depth understanding of all insurance segments in the category.
- Conduct strategic deep dives of customer journeys across insurances to identify all possible touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Growth Marketing, Revenue Planning, and Management.
- Experience working with CRM partners/SMS providers/Email providers like Netcore, MoEngage, etc.
