Job Title: Manager - RecruitmentLocation: Gurgaon
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will drive effectiveness through strategic thinking and campaign management across CRM channels like App, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for all verticals of Policybazaar's insurance portfolio.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop in-depth understanding of all insurance segments in the category.
- Conduct strategic deep dives of customer journeys across insurances to identify all possible touchpoints.
- Understand the nuances of platforms under CRM channels and best practices.
- Collaborate with content teams to create messaging that fits best for each platform.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across businesses to identify the right customer segments and relevant messaging for the user across CRM channels.
- Manage campaigns and track efficiency for respective businesses.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Growth Marketing, Revenue Planning, and Management.
- Experience working with CRM partners/SMS providers/Email providers like Netcore, MoEngage, etc.
- Goal-oriented with analytics skills sets.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
