- Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with bank customers is crucial for driving business development and fostering loyalty.
- Process & Compliance: Ensuring seamless sales documentation processes and facilitating medical reports are essential for expediting policy document issuance.
- Training & Coaching: Providing coaching and training to Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team on product knowledge and selling skills will enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales is necessary, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector. Candidates from other sales verticals like banking, pharma, retail, and telecom are also encouraged to apply.
- Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Skills: Demonstrated strong relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record of good performance and employment stability.
