We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing university clients, implementing our software platform, and building long-term relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and understand their respective business needs throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of our software platform to customers by providing training to placement staff and assisting with setup.
  • Handle escalations and foster strong working relationships with university point of contacts.
  • Support clients in using our platform effectively, share best practices, and promote adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics to prevent churn rate and manage renewals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in account management/customer success/client-facing roles/operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand, and assist clients effectively.
  • A deep understanding that relationship-building is about empathizing with people's perspectives rather than just resolving feature issues.
  • Passion for product excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in SaaS or software companies is a plus.
