The ideal candidate will have a proven record of defining architecture roadmaps, implementing cloud-native and event-driven solutions, and leading global teams to successful product deliveries. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, and exposure to emerging technologies like Generative AI and RAG workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and integrate GenAI, RAG workflows, vector databases, and search solutions into enterprise systems.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure mandatory).
- Expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience in microservices, event-driven patterns, REST APIs, and API governance.
Azure certification (AZ-304 or AZ-305) is desirable along with hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.). The selected candidate should possess a good understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5) and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges.
