Tax Advisor

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Tax Compliance and Advisory professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), Final Tax Returns, GST Returns, Withholding Tax Returns, and Certificate of Residence applications.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to address and resolve tax audits related to GST, income tax, and withholding tax.
Regulatory and Secretarial Support
- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, including statutory registers, board resolutions, AGM documentation, and compliance filings.
- Assist with short-form amalgamation of companies in Singapore.
Fund and Incentive Advisory Services
- Analyze tax incentives for fund vehicles and assist clients in availing the same.
- Prepare and file annual declarations to maintain eligibility for tax incentives.
- Support tax-incentivized funds in applying for and claiming GST remissions.
Advisory Services
- Advise on international tax matters, corporate structuring, and business advisory needs.
- Provide guidance on transactions such as share transfers, mergers, ESOP issuance, and capital gains on foreign asset disposals.
- Support implementation of advisory solutions in coordination with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tax compliance and advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
