Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Training & Development programs, driving digital transformation within the function to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

This strategic thinker will oversee Process Training programs for new and existing employees, leading the execution of digital learning strategies, championing the adoption of digital learning technologies, and managing the development of innovative digital learning content and programs.

  • Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our organization's overarching business goals.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies, exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills, as well as strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Key qualifications include:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management/Business
  • 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function
