Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to spearhead digital transformation within our Training function.

The Senior Vice President, Training will be responsible for driving comprehensive, digitally driven Training & Development programs that thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

The role requires oversight of Process Training programs for new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Transformation Leadership
    • Develop a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals.
    • Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across our organization.
  • Program Design & Implementation
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across our workforce.
    • Design and oversee innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs.
  • Technology Management & Innovation
    • Evaluate and manage digital learning platforms and technologies.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
    • Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure.
  • Process Training
    • Design an effective Training strategy and facilitate program planning and delivery.
    • Ensure all training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business.
  • Experience: 15-20 years in a BPO company and 5 years managing digital transformation for the Training function.
