Job Title: Bancassurance Relationship Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Relationship Manager to lead the generation of wills from assigned banks, cross-sell various financial products to bank customers, and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in life/health/GI insurance and be able to explore customer financial needs, select appropriate products, and facilitate sales completion.
Responsibilities:- Lead will generation from assigned banks
- Cross-selling of financial products to bank customers
- Customer business development and relationship management
- Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports and ensuring prompt issue of policy documents
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with company sales strategy
- Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams as requested
The successful candidate should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel and be proficient in identifying customer financial needs, selecting suitable products, and completing sales documentation.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in insurance channels
- Experience in life/health/GI insurance preferred
