Job Title
">We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholders (internal and external) to align with the vertical/functional strategic priorities.
">- The role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Lean Digital Transformation roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities of key customers in the F&A domain (specifically in OTC).
- This includes delivering planned digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads, digital delivery teams, and client leadership.
- The successful candidate will provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement, productivity growth, and bad bench reduction while championing the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
- Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma, COE projects to mitigate process issues and improve operational efficiencies identified across towers.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute LDT roadmaps to address business challenges in the F&A domain (OTC).
- Drive the delivery of digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects.
- Provide guidance to business analysts on change management and ensure deliverables align with program and strategic objectives.
- Improve processes through RPA, Macros, Visualizations, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Sustain continuous improvement and drive productivity growth.
Requirements
">- Certified Black Belt.
- Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
- Extensive experience in the F&A domain, including transformation across manual journals, fixed assets, reconciliation, etc.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma Methodology, and project management.
Preferred Skills
">- F&A Domain - OTC.
- Client-facing consulting experience.
