Job Title: Brand Services Associate

As a key member of our brand services team, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating interdepartmental and intradepartmental tasks, finalizing work, and taking feedback from clients. You must have a keen eye for detail, strong competitive knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage artworks and minutes of meetings.
  • With a deep understanding of the entire process of presenting a campaign to final execution, you will share learnings regularly with the team, focusing on market intelligence and news that impacts the brand.
  • You will be expected to understand product differentiation compared to competitors, manage unapproved estimates, approved estimates, invoicing, and outstanding payments, as well as perform administrative tasks for the brand team.
  • Additionally, you will be part of at least three to four new business pitches and start building a good relationship with clients by showcasing your reliability, attentiveness, activity, and knowledge as a team player.

To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, and a client-servicing orientation.

We are looking for individuals who can manage projects to successful completion, multitask, and work within tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office programs is essential, and demonstrated prowess in these skills will be highly valued.
