Brand Development Specialist

About the Role

Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive market growth, leveraging consumer insights and scientifically backed formulations.

We seek a skilled Brand Development Specialist to spearhead our brand management efforts, fostering profitable brands rooted in science and effective marketing.

  • Lead on-ground activations, BTL activities, and brand partnerships to drive ROI-focused marketing initiatives across offline and online platforms.
  • Partner with Category Manager to generate consumer insights, support brand extensions, and innovation.
  • Collaborate on visibility projects in Modern Trade, E-commerce, along with trade marketing & ecommerce teams to ensure brand relevance and measurable performance.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive agency partnerships across creative, digital, media, packaging, and research to streamline internal processes and deliver agreed objectives on time.
  • Generate MIS and performance reports on brands, category, competition, and trade to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in Brand Management / Marketing.

• Educational Background: MBA/PGDM (Full-time) from a premier institute.

Preferred Experience/Added Advantage:

  • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of D2C brand management.
  • Proven exposure to digital marketing campaigns, including performance and brand campaigns.

Skills Required:

  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and result orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with original thinking and proven execution track record.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a bias for action.
  • Knowledge of digital and performance marketing, e-commerce campaigns, and consumer research.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver objectives On-Time-In-Full (OTIF).
