Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic thinker to manage and execute digital campaigns, driving transaction count and GMV through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies, monitoring their performance and impact on business objectives.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume and GMV targets through digital channels.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
