Senior Digital Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely execution of web projects and ensure quality content, optimal performance, and excellent user experience.
  • Liaise with design and development teams to align on tasks and projects.
  • Pitch improvements to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues promptly.
  • Identify and address website security breaches to maintain a secure online presence.
  • Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
  • Align communication strategies with the brand's goals.
  • Ensure website efficiency by conducting regular test plans and improving user experience.
  • Collaborate with teams and management to ensure the website aligns with the brand strategy.
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly website performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a tracker of all updates on the website and ensure seamless client satisfaction and communication.
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento for website content and functionality management.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of user behavior.
  • Awareness about product management and best practices.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and hands-on experience with CMS platforms.
  • Experience using at least 1 e-commerce platform and Agile Methodology for Project Management.
  • Google Analytics Power User and ability to read API documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, good understanding of SEO, and excellent communication skills.
