Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality industry, tourism, and leisure sectors. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to completion.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and approval processes.

In addition, you will coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients, as well as monitoring project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Furthermore, you will support business development by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions, and provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to GCC if required
