Job Title: Accountant

About Us:

We are a fintech startup building a Universal Accounting & Procurement Interoperability Platform.

Job Role: Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows. Work with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks. Learn how accounting data integrates with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
  • Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows.
  • Work with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks.
  • Learn how accounting data integrates with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows.
  • Gain exposure to digital procurement and interoperability solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree (completed or in final year).
  • Strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance.
  • Basic skills in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
  • Eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a startup culture.
