Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive industry experience in client-facing environments. Your primary goal will be to drive lead generation, foster strategic partnerships, and successfully convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute student engagement activities across various platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with college officials, consultants, and institutional partners.
- Conduct targeted outreach efforts to nurture leads and secure admissions.
- Provide expert guidance to students and parents on overseas education options and facilitate their admission process.
- Spearhead business growth initiatives and consistently meet set targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and counseling teams to ensure cohesive business development efforts.
- Deliver regular reports and insights on lead generation, conversion rates, and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the education or services sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary.
