
Corporate Training Specialist

This role focuses on Behavioural & Leadership development for operational and support staff employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing internal training to frontline and middle management team members for the different TELUS Digital programs.
- Supporting the planning, promotion, and logistics of courses that will be provided internally according to departmental guidelines.
- Providing training to support staff and operation teams.
- Supporting the Learning & Development Manager with the preparation and follow-up of internal and/or external training programs.
- The administrative tasks of reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external.
The L&D facilitator will also be responsible for supporting educational programs and coordinating any related activities if needed. Liaising with external training providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.

Knowledge Requirements:
- English - B2 or above
- GSuite /MS Office - Advanced
- Training material development - Desirable
Studies & Experience:
- Mandatory:
- Minimum of 8-10 years overall work experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience as a L&D Training Facilitator
- Desirable:
- Graduated in any discipline
- Training experience with international BPOs
- Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/ Service Delivery
