Senior Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to lead our social media growth engine.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media plans that drive brand visibility, community engagement, and measurable revenue across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage 90-day growth roadmaps with clear revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
  • Design and implement viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to cultural moments and trends.
  • Analyze and optimize performance-driven funnels from social to landing pages to conversions.
  • Track and report core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels.
  • Mentor and lead a team of designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • A proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic integration (ads, influencer collaborations, affiliate tie-ins).
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills: Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Ads, and the ability to craft viral hooks.
  • Strong storytelling, positioning, and community engagement abilities.
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management.
  • A passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
