Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

You will own multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your primary goal will be to create and execute monthly content calendars across various formats, including static, video, carousel, and story formats.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will also write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand tone and coordinate with the team on shoots, edits, and campaign launches.

Your role will involve using insights to improve reach, storytelling, and performance. You will research competitor trends, audience behavior, and creator formats to keep content ahead of the curve.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on social media work experience, fluency in Instagram and TikTok content strategies, and be based in Mumbai with flexibility to attend weekday shoots.

Required skills and qualifications include clear communication, time ownership, and a love for content. You should be able to think strategically and have a passion for creating impact through social media.

This is not a job for hobbyists or weekend warriors. We're looking for someone who wants to build something great and own it.

Responsibilities:
