Job Title: Strategic Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Strategic Human Resource Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process forward, contributing to the company's talent acquisition strategy, and ensuring that all hiring processes are optimized for success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various industries and backgrounds.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HRMS, utilizing data analytics to inform future hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions, leveraging market trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, talent availability, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of job offers, including salary negotiations and contract terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in talent acquisition and management.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
