- Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.

Webinars & Events for Growth Enablement:
- Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Leverage event insights and feedback to refine outreach, messaging, and future campaigns.
Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions:

- Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
- Experience in planning and executing webinars/events will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
