Job Title

We are seeking a strategic IT leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our IT Service Management framework.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Create and lead the IT Service Management framework across Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement within the ITIL framework.
  • Drive the deployment of the ITSM framework and COBIT Governance Framework in our organization.
  • Provide direction and goal-setting for IT strategy and operations.
  • Lead cross-process compliance and design coordination within the IT operations team and across the organization.
  • Manage service transformation, metrics, reporting, and overall IT Service delivery.

Responsibilities - Additional Details

Implement ITSM deployment for Unified IT Service Desk Program

External Interactions

Interact with vendors and other stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their needs and respond to them accordingly.

Internal Interactions

Engage with employees (local & international locations) to understand their requirements and provide timely responses to their IT-related issues.

Collaborate with Accounts & Finance department for vendor payments.

Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders in various processes of ITSM.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or equivalent in an IT or related discipline from a recognized institute.

Relevant Experience

A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in IT preferably in Infrastructure or a related domain.

Demonstrable experience in process understanding and process improvement.

Strong communication skills for direct interaction with senior management.

Vendor management and management of IT outsourcing services is a definite advantage.
