Job Title: Security Executive

As a Security Executive at AccorHotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Security Associates to ensure seamless execution of security protocols.
  • Monitor and arrange shift activities according to schedule requirements and team availability, ensuring optimal coverage and response times.
  • Ensure all personnel are present and have assumed their duties, continuously monitoring and overseeing operations to prevent any security breaches.
  • To be thoroughly familiar with the entire property and cognizant of areas and functions likely to require attention by the Security Associate.
  • Serve as a principal source of information on rules and procedures governing security and parking operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with established rules and regulations, identifying and addressing any deviations or non-compliance.
  • Bring any matters affecting the interests of Mercure Ekana Sportz City Lucknow to the attention of Management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the team is trained on all safety provisions, identifying and addressing any training needs or gaps.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources, educating the team on the same and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Keep the Safety & Security Manager informed of any noteworthy incidents or conditions, disciplinary problems, or any information deemed helpful to the performance of the Security Department.
  • Oversee the work of all employees, ensuring that areas are being properly patrolled and security systems are functioning optimally.
  • Frequently check fire and security systems for proper operation, troubleshooting security systems and retrieving necessary information.
  • Operate and monitor control panels, alarms, and related security equipment, identifying and reporting operational problems and initiating corrective action.
  • Inspect the various security posts, frisking employees for security purposes, and patrolling assigned areas to check for suspicious occurrences.
  • Provide work guidance, instruction, or orientation to Security Associates, handling guest complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Alert the police, ambulance, and/or fire service when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Abide by the mission statement of Mercure Ekana Sportz City Lucknow, handling additional responsibilities as delegated by Management.

Qualifications: Graduate or any other equivalent qualifications.
