Job Title: Key Talent Development Professional

The role involves spearheading the Human Resource function for a manufacturing site, focusing on employee lifecycle processes, manpower planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, administrative activities, corporate strategy and projects. The incumbent shall be directly responsible for executing HR programs and practices that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Partner - Plan, implement and evaluate employee relations and human resource programs and practices to ensure a talented workforce is acquired within tight timelines to ensure business continuity.
  • HR Planning and Budgeting - Assist in budgeting process of all HR items (Manpower costs, Opex Costs) and headcount requirement. Review actual spend vis-à-vis approved budgets, ensure optimum utilization of manpower budgets and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Performance Management - Drive continual performance management and Annual Compensation Review. Train line managers on goal setting and sharing performance feedback.
  • Talent Management and Learning - Implement Periodic Talent Management reviews, create succession plans for critical roles, promote a culture of learning and high performance. Identify training needs and work with corporate teams to implement various training programs.
  • HR Compliance and Labour Management - Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring statutory laws, maintaining records and representing the organization at associations related to Human Resources. Maintain harmonious and productive IR environment, keep track of productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs & documentation as per cGMP.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing - Lead initiatives and activities to impact key drivers of employee engagement. Implement wellbeing initiatives to achieve holistic wellbeing of employees.
