Job Overview We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives for our alcohol portfolio The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in alcohol brand marketing a strong grasp of both digital and experiential marketing and a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns in compliance with industry regulations This role will focus on brand strategy consumer engagement and campaign execution to strengthen our market presence in India and beyond Job Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and visibility Oversee brand campaigns digital marketing initiatives and event promotions Plan and execute new product launches and seasonal campaigns Drive consumer engagement through innovative traditional and digital marketing activities Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging Monitor and analyze campaign performance ROI and market feedback for continuous improvement Ensure all marketing activities comply with India s alcohol advertising regulations Job Requirements 7-10 years of proven marketing experience in the distillery alcohol industry Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Marketing Business or related field Strong track record in alcohol brand marketing including digital experiential and event-based marketing In-depth understanding of India s alcohol advertising and promotional regulations Strategic thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics platforms and campaign management Location Goa
