Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management system. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of customer data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. - Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to optimize marketing and sales initiatives. - Analyze CRM data to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify opportunities and improve workflows. - Design and execute automated campaigns and workflows within the CRM to enhance customer experience. - Prepare regular CRM reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide ongoing CRM training and support to internal teams to ensure effective utilization of CRM tools. - Identify and troubleshoot CRM issues, coordinating with technical teams for prompt resolution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - 2-4 years of proven experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics). - Demonstrated proficiency in CRM analytics and reporting tools. - Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, campaign management, and customer lifecycle strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage CRM data effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification). - Experience with integration of CRM systems with other digital platforms (e.g., marketing automation, social media, ERP). - Familiarity with SQL or database management.
