Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Lawyer to provide strategic legal support for our business operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with the ability to advise on governance and compliance matters.

The selected individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts. They will also manage legal risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assist internal teams with legal inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • LLB degree from a recognized university; LLM preferred.
  • 6-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts.
  • Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist internal teams with legal issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as required.
