Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers over the phone.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Education: Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
