We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team in the role of Health Insurance Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting health insurance products, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to sell health insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about policy options, benefits, and coverage details to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals through effective selling techniques and negotiation skills.
- Manage customer databases efficiently and stay updated on market trends.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to meet client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of health insurance products and policies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
