Job Title: Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to lead our architectural and master planning projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in architecture, with excellent leadership and project management skills.
About the Role

The Lead Architect will be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Directing architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborating with the land acquisition team to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Working alongside sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
Responsibilities

The Lead Architect will:

  • Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • An excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
