Energy Transition Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving business development efforts and facilitating the energy transition through innovative, finance-focused approaches. The successful candidate will lead market expansion initiatives and manage complex projects that align with our mission to advance climate and energy solutions.

  • Developing and structuring financial transactions for current and upcoming energy transition projects.
  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing business development, origination, new market initiatives, and project management.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets, as well as exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and structuring financial transactions for current and upcoming energy transition projects.
  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing business development, origination, new market initiatives, and project management.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, other consultants, key industry players, and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervising and preparing client deliverables, including research and write-ups, papers, concept notes, and presentations.
  • Leading management of transactions and engagements.
