About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets. As a key member of our team, you will lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data analytics and digital marketing expertise to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing initiatives that drive business growth
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes
