**Job Description**

The Technical Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of certification and compliance activities for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) across various sectors.

This position requires a thorough understanding of national and international regulations, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Certification Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans for certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain a deep understanding of products, test requirements, and generate requirement proposals and execution plans.
  • External Engagement: Work with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and testing laboratories, to communicate product environment and compliances effectively.
  • Audit Planning: Plan and execute periodic internal audits to identify and analyze compliance risks, implement mitigation measures, and maintain a certification roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliance, with at least 5 years in the UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks, both nationally and internationally.
  • Proven experience with product testing, process analysis, and certification activities.
