Job Title: Business Development Associate

Aurakomms Media Pictures Pvt. Ltd. is a creative agency based in Mumbai, India that provides advertising, branding strategy, creative communication, digital marketing, and more to meet the demands and challenges of the advertising world.

The company has two divisions - AuraKomms and AuraShots. AuraKomms has a team of creative professionals who specialize in advertising, event management, and digital marketing, and AuraShots is a stock photo e-commerce portal that provides a vast collection of classic Indian images.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

  • This role requires managing key client accounts taking ownership of deliverables while following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • The candidate will receive client briefings, analyze client input, and plan for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
  • Digital marketing and social media content calendar management is also a part of this role.

This position involves planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots, as well as managing social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is necessary. 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry is preferred.
