Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster effective relationships with senior business partners and vendors.
  • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional services experience in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs.
  • Proven track record in managing implementation with teams across different locations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative mindset.
  • Change management credentials.
  • Demonstrated experience in target operating models (TOM) and organizational change programs.
