Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director (MD). This is a full-time, senior position located in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MD's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries for the MD, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the MD with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing phone calls, and organizing files.
  • Conduct research and compile data to provide detailed reports for the MD.
  • Assist in managing special projects as assigned by the MD.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain the highest level of discretion.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience in calendar management, ensuring all appointments and schedules are well-coordinated and conflicts are minimized.
  • Proficiency in making detailed travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties.
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
