Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Salesforce Senior Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for championing development and integration standards, best practices, and related deliverables.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to design, configure, and deploy changes to permissions, roles, and other standard metadata. Additionally, you will work closely with the Salesforce Process Architect and IT teams Advisory Developers to ensure designs adhere to best practices and are built for scalability.

  • Develop and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize existing implementations.
  • Participate in creating documentation to ensure no component or process is a closed system.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of enterprise experience developing Salesforce.com products.
  • Strong understanding of object-based models, governor limits, and async/sync processes.
  • Experience in working with advanced admin features, such as flows and dynamic forms.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, advanced use of Service Cloud, and Messaging.
  • Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of Salesforce experience.
  • Deep familiarity with troubleshooting integrations and getting to the root cause of user issues within Salesforce.
  • Robust experience in Service Cloud features in an operationally critical context.
