Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success by analyzing and developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
