The AVP - Data Management (IT) will be responsible for leading the organizations data strategy, ensuring data integrity, governance, and analytics to drive informed business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management best practices, analytical tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Data Leadership :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.

- Drive data-driven decision-making by integrating analytics into business processes.

Data Governance & Compliance :

- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Analytics & Business Intelligence :

- Design and deploy analytical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and uncover new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support key business functions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and implement advanced analytics capabilities.

Technology Evaluation & Innovation :

- Stay updated with emerging data analytics trends and recommend tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.

- Evaluate and implement modern data management platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.

Performance Measurement & Reporting :

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of data initiatives.

- Present analytical findings to executive leadership, showcasing the impact of data-driven strategies.

Budget & Resource Management :

- Oversee budget allocation for data management initiatives, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

- Identify cost-effective solutions to enhance data capabilities within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies that drive business value.

- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R) and data management

platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Snowflake).

- Experience with data governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between IT and business units.
