Job Opportunity

Liquidity and accounts specialists provide financial solutions to clients with complex cash management needs. They design end-to-end solutions that combine physical, notional, and virtual techniques to enhance client visibility, control, and working capital optimization.

The role of a liquidity and accounts specialist involves collaboration with the commercialization team to drive return on investment across the solution set.


Key Responsibilities
  • Complete detailed financial analysis to support regional product solution specialist teams with deal identification and validation.
  • Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate deal review and reporting activity including production of monthly dashboards, KPI tracking, and benchmarking.
  • Conduct in-depth research at a market, industry, and client level to drive strategic direction and prioritization.
  • Partner with other research and analytics teams to share learnings, create efficiencies, and maximize impact.
  • Support key strategic meetings both internally and externally through production of detailed discussion materials.
  • Assist in the creation of client pitchbooks and thought leadership materials.
  • Participate in planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the external environment: competition, economy, regulation, client behavior.
  • Apply knowledge of key industry trends and technological advancements (e.g., data science, digital transformation initiatives, blockchain, and other innovations in the fintech space).
  • Deliver market expertise to drive product innovation and platform transformation initiatives.


Required QualificationsCapabilities & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in product management or financial services - consulting/strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with ability to digest complex regulations and legal documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level communications.
