Job Overview

As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of International KYC, Sanction Screening, and Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain process expertise in International KYC, Sanction Screening, and Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst domains by analyzing complex issues related to transaction monitoring and account activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency through communication and analytical skills.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to unusual or suspicious activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in International KYC, Sanction Screening, and Disputes Credit Card Non-Fraud Analyst roles with strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws applicable to money laundering (APAC/EMEA).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
