Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments.
  • Resolve customer issues through support tickets and provide prompt assistance.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements.
  • Develop technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers globally.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within agreed-upon timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of software customer service and support experience required.
  • 2+ years of performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms.
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills are required.
  • Experience working with a ticketing tool before, e.g. SALESFORCE, SERVICENOW, ETC.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
  • Experience working in a high-risk / secure environment is preferable.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH END USER CLIENTS >500 EMPLOYEES.
